Once we receive your order, we will review your images and send you a proof. After the proof is approved, your order will be custom made and ship within two weeks.

You will receive tracking information and links the moment your order ships. These will arrive either via text or email depending on which service you asked us to send notifications to.

At this time we only ship within the continental United States.

Please make sure you track your order from the links you were sent. In the rare case something is lost or damaged in transit, we will make it right.

We use UPS Ground for continental US shipments and USPS Priority for AK, HI, and PR. If you’d like to use your own UPS account, just add your number in the order notes.

Create an account online, then email your exemption certificate to hello@perfectthecraft.com. We’ll mark your account as tax-exempt.

Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order, no matter how much you purchase.

If there is a material defect, we will replace or refund your order. Because everything is custom, unsold units cannot be returned.

We use high-quality UV ink. If the substrate can get wet, the ink can too—but it won’t wash or peel off.

No—UV curing bonds the ink so it won’t peel or scrape off under normal use.

Absolutely not. We directly print with UV ink for a durable, professional finish.

No color limits and no extra color fees—use as many as you like.

Yes! We email you a proof before production begins.

Most items require a minimum run where all pieces match. To mix two designs, simply order twice the minimum quantity.

All inks fade eventually; our UV-cured inks are highly fade-resistant.

Usually, yes. If there’s a problem (e.g. poor contrast or colors too close), we’ll contact you with options before printing.

Sizes vary by design, but a typical tacker is about 13"×10".

Yes—our round cork coasters are 4" diameter and 0.2" thick, thicker than most on the market.

Not at all. We use premium acrylic substrates for a crystal-clear, durable finish.

Right now we offer wood taps and acrylic, but if you have another substrate in mind, let us know.

We use Baltic birch, specially ordered—never from a big-box retailer.

Yes—all production is in-house on equipment we own—no outsourcing.

Each tacker has two 1/8" holes—use T-pins or small nails. Never nail through without a hole or you’ll crack it.

No—ornaments for every occasion. Hang them on windows, office walls, gift packages… wherever!

Yes—just let us know in order notes which font you’d like us to use.
