Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your order, we will review your images and send you a proof. After the proof is approved, your order will be custom made. Most orders ship within 2 weeks. We will notify you before production if the anticipated production time will exceed 2 weeks.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information and links the moment your order ships. These will arrive either via text or email depending on which service you asked us to send notifications to.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the United States.
I never received my order, what do I do?
Please make sure you track your order from the links you were sent. In the rare case something is lost or damaged in transit, we will make it right.
I need my order by a certain date, what do I do?
Please reach out to us via chat or hello@perfectthecraft.com before placing your order so we can let you know if your date is possible.
What method do you use for shipping?
We use UPS Ground for continental US shipments and USPS Priority for AK, HI, and PR. If you’d like to use your own UPS account, just add your number in the order notes.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order to a single location, no matter how much you purchase.
Printing & Customization
I need my order by a certain date, what do I do?
Please reach out to us via chat or hello@perfectthecraft.com before placing your order so we can let you know if your date is possible.
How do I change an existing order?
As long as your order has not yet entered production, you can change it. Please reach out to hello@perfectthecraft.com as soon as the situation arises.
Can I exchange an item?
If there is a material defect, we will replace or refund your order. Because everything is custom, unsold units cannot be returned.
Are you just putting stickers on things?
Absolutely not. We directly print with UV ink for a durable, professional finish.
Does the ink peel or scrape off?
No—UV (light) curing bonds the ink so it won’t peel or scrape off under normal use.
Can the ink get wet?
We use high-quality UV ink. If the substrate can get wet, the ink can too—but it won’t wash or peel off.
Is there a limit to colors?
No color limits and no extra color fees—use as many as you like.
Do I get a proof?
Yes! We email you a proof before production begins.
Does the ink fade?
All inks fade eventually; our UV-cured inks are highly fade-resistant.
Can I print something different on every ornament?
Most items require a minimum run where all pieces match. To mix two designs, simply order twice the minimum quantity.
Will you print my artwork exactly as I send it?
Usually, yes. If there’s a problem (e.g. poor contrast or colors too close), we’ll contact you with options before printing.
Materials & Product Quality
Are these products REALLY made in the USA?
Yes, all of our items are designed and manufactured right here in central Ohio. Go Buckeyes!
How big are the wall tackers?
Sizes widely vary by design, but a typical tacker is about 13"×13".
Are the cork coasters a good quality?
Yes—our round cork coasters are 4" diameter and 0.2" thick, thicker than most on the market.
Is this just cheap plastic?
Not at all. We use premium acrylic substrates for a crystal-clear, durable finish (the same type of acrylic used in aircraft and submarines).
Do you print on anything except wood and acrylic?
We primarily use baltic birch and acrylic, but if you have another substrate in mind, let us know.
What kind of birch do you use?
We use Baltic birch, specially ordered—never from a big-box retailer.
Do you own your own machinery?
Yes—all production is in-house on equipment we own—no outsourcing.
Technical & Upload Issues
What do I do if my image won't upload?
Call or email hello@perfectthecraft.com and we’ll get you sorted.
What do you do with my image after using it?
We store it in our database for easy reorders. We never sell or share your artwork.
Can yo do shapes not seen on the website?
Yes—all work is custom for each customer. Send us your idea!
Miscellaneous & Policies
How do you hang the wall tackers?
Each tacker has two 1/8" holes—use T-pins or small nails. Never nail through without a hole or you’ll crack it.
Do you only sell ornaments for Christmas?
No—ornaments for every occasion. Hang them on windows, office walls, gift packages… wherever!

Do you have different font options?
